Privacy Policy

Your privacy is extremely important to me. This privacy policy outlines the types of personal information is received and collected by this site and how it is used.

The information I collect from my wedding clients is used to comply with the requirements of the Marriage Act 1961 and the requirements of the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages.

Also, to comply with the Marriage Act, I am required to retain your information for a period of not less than 12 months.  Information provided to me may be shared with government departments to comply with legislative and administrative requirements, but is otherwise not disclosed to any other parties, organisations or companies without your consent.

I comply with Data Protection regulations.  Pursuant to those, you give explicit consent when signing the agreement during the booking process for me to collect your data.  You have the right to access and view your data, and, notwithstanding the aforementioned requirements of the Marriage Act etc, the right to be forgotten.

Consent for your image to be used on my website or social media channels is also covered in the agreement signed when booking.  If you wish to opt out of this consent, I will abide by your instructions.

Online payments are securely managed through an external service (Stripe).

Any form data you submit via the website or questionnaire etc is fully encrypted (as evidenced by the padlock in the browser address bar)

The contact form is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

Cookies are used by the website in support of analytics and marketing. You can turn this off at any time by modifying your internet browser’s settings. I am not responsible for the republishing of the content found on this site on other web sites or media without permission.
